Dur, former Director of Navy Strategy and Commander of the U.S. Navy’s Sixth Fleet Battle Force, as he discusses the making of foreign policy and grand strategy in a changing world. Admiral Dur served on the National Security Council staff in the Reagan White House and later as Senior Aide to the Secretary of the Navy. He has over a decade’s worth of experience in the domestic and international business sectors.
